We have been using Omnisend for 3–4 years now (Since Sep 30, 2022), and it has been a consistently useful tool for our business. Everything we need for our messaging and email marketing campaigns is housed right within the app, and we haven’t run into any issues. For our business needs, Omnisend is a great choice and we are very happy with it.
If I could recommend one improvement, it would be the ability to send a true plain-text email. Currently, even the "plain text" templates are wrapped in HTML, which causes the text to be centered in the inbox.
We would love the option to send emails that look exactly like a 1-to-1 message sent from a personal Gmail account. This would help our automated outreach feel more personal and less "automated." Other than that, it’s a fantastic platform!
Overall a fantastic app. I just wish it included a few more features, like integration with messaging platforms to connect with my customers there. The support team mentioned they would pass the suggestion to their product team, so I'm hopeful that it will be considered. Otherwise, I'm quite pleased.
I observed that my monthly fees increased in November, and December's bill was slightly higher as well, which initially caught me off guard. However, after contacting the support team, they patiently explained the situation. It turns out the rise was due to a significant number of new subscribers I gained in November, which is a positive issue to face. They also guided me on how to remove inactive contacts to manage costs better in the future.

When I signed up, the website indicated I would receive 6,090 monthly SMS with the pro plan. I signed up based on that information (which I took a screenshot of for proof). However, after sending my first SMS campaign to 1,161 contacts, I found that my SMS credit was nearly exhausted! Upon contacting support, I was informed that the 6,090 monthly SMS was just an estimate, which was never clearly stated when I signed up. I'm truly disappointed and feel misled regarding the pro plan.
Disappointing service experience. I purchased their email marketing service for a promotional event, but due to a system glitch, I was unable to upload my contacts. This delay cost me 48 hours and led to missing my promotional email. When I requested a refund to seek another service, the live representative told me to wait 48 hours to see if a refund could be arranged. It's frustrating that their service malfunctioned, causing me to miss out on my promotion, and now I'm left waiting for a possible refund.
Positive experience so far! I've recently started using a new platform for my brand and I'm quite satisfied with the app and the support. I've previously tried other services but I'm sticking with this one due to its pricing, user interface, support, and ease of use.
