We asked to downgrade the account to a free account because we are in a transition period. All we received was a link to the FAQ, which did not help our situation anymore. So after going back and forth with myself and a couple of team members, for a couple of weeks, we finally just froze the account. We then got billed for 3 of our brands and requested a refund, and they issued credits to our account. Customer service was awful, and a lot of features that were promised were not existent. The help desk said certain features were not possible and our implementation representative, Heather figured it out and was awesome. If you could duplicate Heather, you would have great company and great service, but unfortunately, everyone else is pretty clueless. Not a platform for advanced marketing. You cannot search SMS, and SMS numbers are not associated with the contact card, which makes it very time-consuming. I would recommend skipping if you are vetting this ESP.
