My experience with omniva has been very disappointing.Due to a simple mistake - two digits swapped in my phone number - I never received delivery notifications for a parcel worth more than €200. I reached out to customer support, explained the situation in full, provided my ID, tracking info, previous delivery history, and screenshots confirming the error.Despite all this, they refused to help. Their only response was: “only the sender can request changes.” No flexibility, no review of evidence, just a flat no.What’s even more frustrating is that other delivery companies have easily corrected similar mistakes in the past after verifying I was the real recipient. But omniva simply didn’t care.Now the parcel, which was originally shipped from outside the EU and handled by multiple logistics companies, has been returned - not to the seller, but to a third-party forwarding service located outside the EU. That means the risk of the package getting lost is extremely high.At this point, I may lose my entire order - over €200 - because of a small typo and a customer support team unwilling to act.This is not how responsible delivery companies should treat their customers.
