Don’t use them. Locally they work normally, but using them for international delivery is a disaster. I tried to send a parcel to Germany, and they sent it to another town in my country. The next time, their partners in Germany couldn’t find the apartment building, and now it’s been two months and they still can’t even manage to return it back.
The worst customer support! I could not retrieve my parcel from the locker on Friday because apparently the locker door was frozen. It has now been three days since my first call where I was promised that I will get a message with a new code on Monday morning. There was no message, so I called again. I am writing this on Monday evening, while trying to call them again. It seems their customer support simply does not take calls after 18, although the site says they work until 19.

Thank you for redirecting my parcel from a postal point to my home. I am very grateful for this, and the delivery was quick. The only issue is that when you email a request, it can take 5 days to get a response, which may result in a parcel at a parcel machine being returned to the sender due to the delay in correspondence. But this time all went smoothly, so thank you.
No phone call, no notification, no option to redirect my parcel to the nearest parcel machine or post office! My parcel was returned to the seller in the UK without any communication, causing unnecessary trouble for both me and the seller! Crap delivery company!
My experience with omniva has been very disappointing.Due to a simple mistake - two digits swapped in my phone number - I never received delivery notifications for a parcel worth more than €200. I reached out to customer support, explained the situation in full, provided my ID, tracking info, previous delivery history, and screenshots confirming the error.Despite all this, they refused to help. Their only response was: “only the sender can request changes.” No flexibility, no review of evidence, just a flat no.What’s even more frustrating is that other delivery companies have easily corrected similar mistakes in the past after verifying I was the real recipient. But omniva simply didn’t care.Now the parcel, which was originally shipped from outside the EU and handled by multiple logistics companies, has been returned - not to the seller, but to a third-party forwarding service located outside the EU. That means the risk of the package getting lost is extremely high.At this point, I may lose my entire order - over €200 - because of a small typo and a customer support team unwilling to act.This is not how responsible delivery companies should treat their customers.
