I've ordered around $300 worth of Omori merch at this point and shipping times are a hit or miss, sometimes they arrive on time or a bit late. The merch is pretty good but considering the price and shipping cost it's kind of not worth it. I've only washed the Release Energy shirt once, and I already see visible cracks on the art. You have to be extra careful and delicate when washing their clothing. I never needed to contact them, but judging from other reviews it seems like their customer service is very negligible. Omocat really needs to improve on that.
