I ordered two items on the 5 of December 2025. FAQ says it can take up to 12 weeks for international orders (I'm from Europe). I received a FedEx confirmation on the 8th, so I was hopeful that the delivery would be quick but I wasn't expecting it to arrive before 2026 given the holidays. There hasn't been a single update on FedEx's side since then.

Fast forward a bit, I contacted the store sometime in January to ask about the order but their ticket system doesn't send out a confirmation response, so I'm unsure if it was ever read. I haven't received a reply in 4+ weeks.

Today (on the 24th February 2026) I logged into my account again to see that the order status as "Fulfilled". I never logged in before so I don't know how long it's been this way. I sent a new ticket today hoping they will respond this time, but I their system still doesn't send confirmation emails that they received the ticket.

Given other reviews I am doubtful that I will receive a response to this one and will likely be forced to file a refund. It's a bummer since I love the artwork but they haven't resolved their communication or delivery issues, so heads up for anybody willing to try.

Extremely disappointed with delivery times

The service is terrible when it comes to timely delivery, even with priority shipping. I will never order from them again. If I could give a lower rating, I would, and their customer support is nonexistent. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Stock issues with the Aubrey jacket

After exchanging for a smaller size, the Aubrey jacket sold out, and now they're unable to fulfill my order. It's disappointing, especially since resellers seem to have access to their low-quality merchandise at inflated prices.

The company struggles with timely delivery of products, even with priority shipping. I won't order from them again; I would give a lower score if possible. Their customer service is non-existent, making for a frustrating overall experience.

Not worth the price

Poor communication, low quality, and a frustrating replacement process. They charge too much for average materials. While I enjoy the theme, the seller doesn't have a strong reputation.

Received my order

Defective plush received

I ordered a plush that arrived completely deformed and unrecognizable compared to the picture. It looked like a bootleg with various flaws. After contacting support, a replacement was sent, but it was even worse. Further emails went unanswered, and even a third attempt yielded a defective product. The quality is unacceptable, and I feel scammed.

Long wait for a pre-order

I placed a pre-order at the end of April, and while they charged my Visa immediately, I was told shipping would occur in August, then December. I'm still waiting and have received no responses to my emails. Very dissatisfied with this company and considering reporting them for non-delivery.

Surprisingly fast shipping

I was worried my package would take a long time, but with priority shipping, it arrived within five days. I placed my order on a Thursday night and received it the following Tuesday. The plushies I bought were soft and good quality, although a bit small for cuddling.
