Sadly it's as bad as other reviews have described.
I ordered two items on the 5 of December 2025. FAQ says it can take up to 12 weeks for international orders (I'm from Europe). I received a FedEx confirmation on the 8th, so I was hopeful that the delivery would be quick but I wasn't expecting it to arrive before 2026 given the holidays. There hasn't been a single update on FedEx's side since then.
Fast forward a bit, I contacted the store sometime in January to ask about the order but their ticket system doesn't send out a confirmation response, so I'm unsure if it was ever read. I haven't received a reply in 4+ weeks.
Today (on the 24th February 2026) I logged into my account again to see that the order status as "Fulfilled". I never logged in before so I don't know how long it's been this way. I sent a new ticket today hoping they will respond this time, but I their system still doesn't send confirmation emails that they received the ticket.
Given other reviews I am doubtful that I will receive a response to this one and will likely be forced to file a refund. It's a bummer since I love the artwork but they haven't resolved their communication or delivery issues, so heads up for anybody willing to try.
