The product was promoted as a genuine, high-quality handbag, but the item I received is poorly constructed and looks cheap, falling significantly short of the promised quality. The materials, stitching, and overall build do not align with the descriptions or images provided in the advertisement. Given how this item was marketed, I expected a product made with authentic materials and skilled craftsmanship. Sadly, this was not the case, and I feel the item was misleadingly represented. Shopping locally has yielded better quality. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and regret not heeding the negative reviews, which makes me question the abundance of positive feedback. I will be disputing this with the payment service.
