I leave this review not to bash this company but to share my experience for other buyers to learn from.
Ordered the Louis Vuitton M26039 Express PM on 12/28 and paid $185.48 after discounts. The 185.48 included the 9.98 shipping insurance. January 4, 2026, I received an email that my order shipped on 12/31/2025. As of January 13, the parcel was still pending pickup from carrier. On the email it did say shipping process takes 8-15 working days but the timeline was not adding up. The tracking updates that I was receiving on a daily basis was very confusing.
QUALITY + CUSTOMER SERVICE + DELIVERY- For $185, one could easily buy a Coach or a Kate Spade handbag with way better quality. The bag that I finally received on January 21st was POORLY packaged. It was ONLY packaged using a BAG, it was NOT boxed at all. The LV handbag had creases all over. The zipper they used is very CHEAP. I reached out and initiated a return NOT an exchange or anything else- YET, they kept giving me other options. They requested proof of pictures which I provided promptly. Keep in mind - if you respond to their email, you will be getting an automated response which screams redundancy. Also, you do not get a response until the next day due to different time zones. (in my case since I am in the US).
RETURN - Paid the return shipping with tracking and shipped it to the address they provided. Delivery was Jan 30th. On 2/3, I checked tracking when I did not hear from the seller only to find out that the package was refused and being returned to ME (sender). The return was processed on 1/30. Today is 2/13 - the package is still not returned to me. I have no intention of keeping the bag anyway due to poor quality but this makes me question the reputation of this seller. They provided an address where to send the return which was NOT verified. BEWARE.
I was refunded $130. I still think I should be refunded for the full amount, but I just did not want to deal with the seller anymore. Customer service was NOT unpleasant at all - which is the only positive during this whole shopping experience. Just a lot of redundancy on email communication.
The images displayed do not accurately reflect what you will receive. The bags delivered do not match the online photos and appear to be low-quality replicas. The claim of 1.1 quality, which suggests they should closely resemble authentic items, is simply false. This feels like a scam, and I urge others to look for alternatives. The bags look obviously fake and show a lack of effort in their design. If you're going to engage in such practices, at least strive for better execution. Please be cautious.
You will not receive the items shown in the pictures. The images posted online do not represent the bags you will actually get. These appear to be cheap knock-offs from the streets. The claim of 1.1 quality, suggesting they should closely resemble the real items, is completely false. They are scamming customers. Please look elsewhere. These bags look obviously fake and lack any effort in their design. If you're going to engage in such practices, at least improve your execution. Exercise caution.

I am very disappointed with this service and the product I received. It was advertised as high quality, but what I got was clearly fake and poorly made. The material seems cheap, the stitching is careless, and the bag looks nothing like the images. It started to fall apart within days. This is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing handbags from this seller. Save your money.
I recently made a purchase from the company. The product was promoted as a genuine, high-quality handbag, but the item I received is poorly constructed and looks cheap, falling significantly short of the promised quality. The materials, stitching, and overall build do not align with the descriptions or images provided in the advertisement. Given how this item was marketed, I expected a product made with authentic materials and skilled craftsmanship. Sadly, this was not the case, and I feel the item was misleadingly represented. Shopping locally has yielded better quality. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and regret not heeding the negative reviews, which makes me question the abundance of positive feedback. I will be disputing this with the payment service.
