I don't trust this service. They claim to offer 'buyer protection', but when an item I was returning didn't arrive, they stated the last letter of the postcode was incorrect. How do they know that? I reached out, but received no response. The postal service would have likely located the seller since the rest of the address was accurate or returned the package to me. AVOID - there are better deals available elsewhere!
