I ordered and paid for 2 Pyrex dishes and only received 1.
The supplier, 'Goods Depot' did not respond, so I asked Onby for help. Useless response.
I have to accept that I have been ripped off.

I have been waiting weeks for my order. I ordered a quilt in early November and expected it to arrive within a few weeks. Now it’s December 2nd, and I still have not received anything. I will not be ordering from this seller again.
I don't trust this service. They claim to offer 'buyer protection', but when an item I was returning didn't arrive, they stated the last letter of the postcode was incorrect. How do they know that? I reached out, but received no response. The postal service would have likely located the seller since the rest of the address was accurate or returned the package to me. AVOID - there are better deals available elsewhere!
I ordered a kilo of granulated coffee for £33.60 and it took forever to arrive, but unfortunately, it never did. I had to go back to the payment service to resolve the issue. There was no communication or response from them. I will not use this service again.

I ordered a Nintendo Lite, but it arrived as a Chinese version that does not support any European games. This is my second review as the service is claiming my review is false; I assure you it is not. Avoid this service, as they seem to be a middleman focused solely on profit.
