The rate was great and our vehicle was safe in the provided parking lot at Sonesta Hotel. The problem arose while we were returning home. Between connecting flights, we received a message that there would be no shuttle available and we would need to arrange for our own transportation from BNA to the hotel. Our flight wasn't due in until 9pm and we had been up since 5:30 AM. This was not something I needed to deal with last minute. Besides our payment to OnAir Parking was to include shuttle service do why should we now have to pay for an Uber or a Lyft? Oh and FYI, while it saves 24/7 service, the very kind front desk agent at the hotel had to arrange for an Uber on the front end as we were to be at BNA at 3:30 am and the hotel's shuttle service wasn't available. But again it should have been OnAir Parking's responsibility to get us there.
