We recently used their service and frankly we’re very disappointed in your shuttle service. While the price was good ($9 per day) and we like that the car was left in a smaller hotel covered parking garage. That was where the positives ended. On pick up we were told 10 minutes when we called and over 30 minutes later were picked up. The service was far worse on our pickup from the cruise terminal. We called for pick up at 8:18 am. Again we were told 10 minutes. We first heard from the driver at 8:33 and again told 10 minutes. At 8:59 we ere again told 10 minutes and the same again at 9:07. We were picked up at 9:18 and full hour after our call and then when for a tour of the cruise terminals. We finally arrived at the Renaissance at 9:33. It might had been better if your crew had not set false expectations by saying 10 minutes on every communication. We saw several parking pickup services come and go with full buses that didn’t require tours of the port. So for saving money it was well priced but the shuttle part of their service was lacking.
