I secured my parking and made an advance payment for my Christmas trip to CA earlier this week. Today, four days later, I received a call informing me that the staff at the location had overbooked and had to cancel my reservation and refund my payment. I have been unable to locate any parking nearby that matches the price I would have paid at another site when I made my booking. I am incredibly frustrated and let down.
