I paid for an item using onbuy the item cost £34 but once I paid for the item AI mode informed me of the price of the item brand new and then its general second hand price. I was given instructions to cancel my order. I had never heard of onbuy before I used it , it is a mixture of Ebay and Amazon in how transactions take place except there is no auctions for items, my refund was completed within 3 days and hassle free, on buy has buyers protection. But AI said to use PayPal for purchases and not Google pay or direct payments for extra buyers safety and never buy using friends conformation for payments because only scams want you to do that, I didn't use PayPal but i was fully refunded. Thanks I will look to.use onbuy as an extra website to buy items from.
