Came early than expected but I'm not complaining
All working fine,
Was a little peed with delivery driver who just left my item on ground floor, didn't even wait for me to come down stairs, drive off with out even looking in my direction, I guess that's why most of the reviews state there's was left outside, luckily it was raining that day, so he had to bring it in, maybe it's, a, company policy "not to lift such weight but I had some help bringing it to the, 2nd floor, you need two people to bring this up stairs, so far so good, all is working OK

I should have known the price was to good. Ordered a copy of pokemon black/white 2 for the DS but when the card arrived it's a card with a chip in it to play the game (not an official DS game) but the games not even on the card. Very disappointed

I bought some CIF Floor Cleaner and while I was waiting for it to arrive I received an email saying it had already been delivered when it hadn't been. I was able to communicate directly with the seller through my account at OnBuy and the seller said to wait a few more days which I did. It still didn't arrive so I contacted OnBuy themselves who issued a full refund which I was pleased about, so it is safe to shop there.

I ordered a couple of items from OnBuy in time for Christmas 2025. I received one of them after a lengthy wait and it was pretty much what I expected, however, the second item never arrived after giving the seller second chances. They sent a replacement but it too never arrived. I believe this was due to them using Evri as the courier because each time the item was with them ('we've got it') for weeks but never anything more. I did tell the seller to use someone else as this is a common problem with this particular courier but they didn't heed my advice. Luckily they did apologise for the inconvenience and ended up refunding me after many weeks of insufferable waiting. I would be very hesitant to buy from OnBuy again after this.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order through this company, and shortly afterwards the OnBuy website stopped opening completely. This immediately raised concerns about the reliability of the platform.

I have been unable to access the site to track my order, contact the seller, or check the status of my purchase. This is unacceptable and has made me feel that the platform is unsafe and potentially fraudulent. I have now requested an urgent cancellation and a full refund, as I no longer trust the service.
Until the company resolves these issues and restores access, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering through this website. No customer should have to deal with this level of uncertainty or lack of communication.

First time I've purchased off Onbuy.com and I'm really impressed at how great the price I payed for my Samsung galaxy watch 8. a bargain at £179.99 considering you can pay anything up to £350 anywhere else. it got delivered the next day from ordering it and came in perfect condition. brand new and sealed in original Samsung box like I just ordered it directly from Samsung. I'm very happy with my purchase I couldn't be happier and great seller I bought from I will definitely be back again for more bargains ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Forcing customers to pay for the return of faulty goods is a breach of UK Consumer Protection Laws. We are going to use Chargeback through our credit card.

The merchant, Cybercloud, updated my order (#Redacted) to "In transit" at 20:36 on 18 February 2026, claiming the courier had collected the parcel. However, forensic captures of the Royal Mail portal (IW630575557GB) taken 15 hours later on 19 February prove the carrier is still "Expecting it". The item has verifiably not been handed over to the network and this since the inception of the order.

​2. Engineered Support Blackout

Onbuy’s platform actively prevents dispute resolution. When attempting to use the "Contact Onbuy" feature, the system blocks the inquiry, instructing me to "reply to the last email". Following these instructions resulted in a permanent delivery failure because the merchant’s mailbox is full and refusing all incoming mail (Diagnostic Code: 554 5.2.2) following my sending an email to the board of Directors.

​3. Breach of Statutory Rights

By locking the order in a false "In transit" state and disabling all communication channels, these parties are willfully obstructing my right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. My funds are being held hostage while the vendor remains in possession of the goods.
​Verdict: Avoid this marketplace. The circular support loop and false dispatch claims are designed to exhaust the consumer and prevent refunds. I have been forced to escalate this for a full reversal via Klarna.
