I am extremely disappointed with the lack of internal communication at Onbuy. After placing my order, I used their official "Change Address" feature and received a formal confirmation that the update was successful.
Despite this, the package was sent to the incorrect address. After it was returned to the sender, I contacted customer support to ensure the second attempt would go to the correct location. They failed again, shipping it to the original, incorrect address for a second time.
It is clear their automated systems do not sync with their dispatch team. I have requested a full refund as they have proven unable to fulfill the delivery to the confirmed address. I will not be shopping here again.
