I ordered a couple of items from OnBuy in time for Christmas 2025. I received one of them after a lengthy wait and it was pretty much what I expected, however, the second item never arrived after giving the seller second chances. They sent a replacement but it too never arrived. I believe this was due to them using Evri as the courier because each time the item was with them ('we've got it') for weeks but never anything more. I did tell the seller to use someone else as this is a common problem with this particular courier but they didn't heed my advice. Luckily they did apologise for the inconvenience and ended up refunding me after many weeks of insufferable waiting. I would be very hesitant to buy from OnBuy again after this.
