I am unable to reach the customer service team as calls go unanswered and there is no response to the online inquiries submitted through the website. I want to pay off my loan, but they are preventing me from doing so while accruing daily interest. This feels like a scam!

Today, I applied for a new loan and received emails at 9:15, stating payment would come 'shortly.' Now it's 14:15, and I’m still waiting. They are quick to set up repayment options but have yet to send any funds.

I do not trust this service anymore. I’ve had four loans in the past, always paid on time, and even paid off early. When I needed a loan the most with the holidays approaching, I was denied. They focus too much on scores rather than actual payment history. I have had no issues with repayments for over six years, and while they helped me in tough times, I feel that trust has been lost.
