We had issues with our web server, having been down for nearly 24hrs before we noticed. Went on the support chat and was put in contact with Eeve, really helpful and put us in the right direction to the fault and between herself and one.com Tech team and my IT support - the issue was spotted and then fixed. My emails are now back up and running.
