I had quite a strange problem concerned with the workings of email. In fact, I was trying to guide someone else to a solution. After I got through the robot level, I receive a concise diagnosis of the problem, and, what was equally important, who would be able to fix it. That was just what I needed. Thanks a lot.

They are always present in the chats, I have never had to wait even 20 seconds, as soon as I send a message they answer me immediately. They are very helpful, polite, and really solve problems.

Very bad experience with FTP/SFTP... basically each time you need to restored the password. Did that 2 times last week (and worked) but today it doesn't connect to FTP anymore... unaccaptable... and of course customer doesn't have time to forward the email for resetting psw to a collaborator! what sevice is that? at least send emails to collaborators as well...

Although there was a short wait due to high chat volume, once I was connected with Humprey, the experience was outstanding. He was patient, professional, and genuinely took the time to understand the issue. He checked my website, consulted the technical team, explained the possible causes clearly, and gave practical advice on optimisation (plugins, performance, PHP version, etc.).
What really impressed me was that Humprey went above and beyond by arranging a free upgrade to the Explorer hosting package, with no immediate cost — I’ll only pay at the next renewal. This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. He also made sure the upgrade was applied correctly and reassured me about future performance.
