Well first off, the Elsa dress was a major hit for my 5 yr old grandaughter. My daughter says she has been wearing it, since she received this dress for her birthday on Sunday, Nov. 2nd.This Elsa dress, I'm told by my g-daughter and daughter, that the dress is super soft and comfortable. That's a plus!I have to say that when I purchased this dress for my g-daughter on Tuesday, Oct 21st, I was relieved at the time that she would get her b-day gift early and that I wouldn't be sweating bullets. Their info said the order would be processed within 24-48 and delivery time is typically 7-9 business days by USPS from New York but they told me that it ships from New Jersey and I would receive a tracking #.Well three business days (Oct 24th) went by and nothing. So I emailed customer service and they were looking into the matter. Well 6 business days (8 total) went by and I had no tracking #. On Oct 30th, I finally got a tracking # and it said it was going to arrive by USPS Nov 4-9. That made me anger/sad that she would have to wait...Well, I don't know how it happened coming from New Jersey to Surprise, Arizona but it arrived on my g-daughters birthday which was a Sunday, Nov. 2 by USPS! That's all that mattered to me and they made it happen:)Thank you Nano and Katie, for your excellent customer service, I greatly appreciate you and I will let others know about the Onea for Kids!
