I have even lodge a complaint against them, no promised services are provided they just waste your time and money please buy plan from any authorised centre like I-care. My phone is with them since 6th of sep today it's 16th of September still I have not recieved my phone and they are saying that I'll receive it unrepaired. Today I got a mail from them stating that I have received my decision and the claim is closed, when still I have received my phone.
