I purchased a comprehensive protection plan from a service provider. While I was connecting a USB cable, my TV accidentally slipped and fell, resulting in a small crack on the display. When I filed a claim for insurance, it was denied. I'm unsure of my next steps.
Steer clear of this insurance provider. The claims process is extremely frustrating, and they seem to use various tactics to deny claims. My claim for accidental damage was rejected on the grounds that the damage occurred under unclear circumstances. There is no way for customers to provide clarification, and the lack of an escalation process is concerning. Be cautious when documenting claims; once you enter information in the mobile app, they will search for reasons to classify it as non-accidental damage.
I purchased an extended 3-year warranty for my AC, but it stopped cooling due to an E6 error. When I filed a claim, a repair technician came and discussed with his manager about needing to replace a part. However, my claim was denied because the technician couldn't access the installation site outside. I raised the claim again, and they informed me that they would send someone from another service to remove the part, but I would have to pay him upfront and would be reimbursed later. After paying the individual who removed the part, I received messages about delays for the new part. They eventually told me they would reimburse me for the replacement part and asked for my payment details. When I submitted my information, the warranty claim ticket was closed, stating the money had been sent, but I never received it. Instead, I ended up losing money by paying the technician. It's been two months since I raised the ticket. Edit: I did receive some money, but it was less than the cost of the part. At least I got something, but now I need to hire someone else and pay more to replace the part.
The mobile damage protection claim process is frustrating. They don't pay out and seem to deceive customers with a lack of transparency, collaborating with the service center in a manipulative manner. This insurance provider is ineffective.
I purchased an extended 3-year warranty for my AC, but when it failed with an E6 error, my claim was rejected. A technician visited but couldn't perform repairs. I was told to pay for part replacement upfront, which was later delayed. Eventually, I received a lesser amount than expected. It’s been two months, and I now have to hire someone else to do the job.
I am very disappointed with how my case was handled. After submitting my mobile for service, it was returned in worse condition. Despite confirming my claim approval, payment has not been received after numerous follow-ups. This has been my worst experience with any service provider, highlighting a serious lack of accountability and professionalism.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience has been so poor that I feel compelled to share. After purchasing a laptop, I encountered issues and sought help, expecting good service. Initially responsive, they later stated repairs weren't covered and demanded a large fee. The delays and miscommunication have been frustrating, and now I have neither my laptop nor my money. I strongly advise against using this service.
This insurance company has been a poor experience. After filing a service request for my laptop, I was charged to raise the claim but faced constant excuses about delays. Eventually, I was told I needed to pay more for repairs. I can't recommend this insurance if you want to avoid wasting money.
I purchased an extended warranty for my AC but faced issues when I filed a claim. The technician's visit led to a rejection based on parts availability, and I was advised to seek local repairs. The process has been frustrating, and I recommend avoiding this warranty provider.
