I purchased a service policy [1023289103] for Water Purifier from OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt Ltd with the expectation that they would deliver on their promises. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but unsatisfactory, I would rather I can’t even rate them.Despite adhering to all the necessary steps on my end, the services I received were far below what was promised. I have bought an RO AMC with one time filters replacement, at first step the ASM Tushar has rejected my request without any discussion or information. I had to work with multiple customer care associates to create a new request [30061836]. Now it’s almost 20 days, despite of reaching out at all levels, no resolution had been provided yet. It’s extremely disappointing to see a company not uphold its commitments, especially when customers rely on them for essential services.I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, but the response was slow and unhelpful. After multiple attempts to get the situation resolved, I’m still left without the services I was promised.For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure they fully understand what they’re signing up for before purchasing any policies from ONEASSIST SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.I hope ONEASSIST SOLUTIONS PVT LTD takes this feedback seriously and improves their service delivery and customer support. Until then, I cannot recommend them for any of the services.
