I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one assist and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, my interactions with this company left me frustrated and dissatisfied.Firstly, their customer service is abysmal. It seems like they have no interest in genuinely assisting their customers. Whenever I called with a question or concern, they are more interested in proving themself right and us wrong, seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than addressing my issues.Moreover, their claims process is a nightmare. I had to file a claim for a legitimate incident, and the hoops I had to jump through were absurd. They assured a single working day estimate and here i am since it took more than a month to get estimate. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid fulfilling their obligations by killing time.It's clear that they prioritize their profits over the well-being of their customers.In short, one assist is a company that I would strongly advise against. Their lackluster customer service, convoluted claims process, and high premiums make them a company that I will never do business with again. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for insurance coverage.
