One assist AMC Fraud

Their AMC service is total fraud ...They will not provide the genuine service number one frauds in the market.Fake company.Sep 28 2022Hi Andreya,Nothing has been updated and that just your escalation team called me to convince to to accept the same amount. A detailed review is written now, you can read.As promised, I am informing you of oneassist AMC fraud. Read it thoroughly and avoid India's number one fraud company. In July 2022, I purchased an AMC plan from oneassist to cover my 55-inch television. And, while selling the AMC to me, oneassist executive informed me that if I purchase the 5999rs plan, my TV will be completely protected from all types of damages for the next year, and he asked me to download their app, which states that my TV will be covered for 100% cashless repair for all types of damage (app details are below). And it was informed to me that if any TV parts are damaged, they will be replaced without charging the customer anything, and if the part is not available in the market, the same amount will be refunded. I was pleased and purchased the AMC plan for 5999rs (sum assured for 40000rs). After two months, the real drama began. My television display stopped working on September 14th, 2022, and I requested service from oneassist to repair it. The next day, a technician came to my house and stated that the panel needed to be changed and that because I have AMC, it would be replaced under that. The panel's procurement was then initiated. They received the panel on the 22nd, and the technician called me to say the panel was ready for installation and that he was on his way to my house. Nobody was at my house at the time, so I asked them to come back later. They agreed to it. After 4 hours, I received an email stating that the panel (32000rs) could not be replaced due to some BR policy and that they would provide 15.5k instead. I immediately called the same technician who had called me earlier in the day, and he said one of the assist teams was preventing him from installing the panel. Then the high drama begins. I called oneassit customer service and expressed my dissatisfaction with their claim amount. The customer service representative said he would speak with senior management and get back to me, but instead of doing so on the same day, they closed my SR ticket without my permission. When I contacted them again, there was no response, and I struggled for two days to get an update, but there was no response from them. And on the 24th, I was irritated by their response and posted on social media about my worst experience with oneassist. Then, all of a sudden, I began receiving calls from the oneassist escalation team, with fake promises like we will do something about it and they will find a solution. And a lady named Sayeeda began intracting with me every day, and instead of resolving my issue, she was always defending their mistake, and whenever I started cross-questioning her, she had a readymade answer that'she will check with top management'. It went on for another 5 days before she returned and said, "I have to take whatever amount(15.5k) they are giving and I should not update anything on social media." Their claim calculations are attached below. They claim that everything is in their T&C doc, which they will send you to your email ID after you have purchased the AMC plan, or after their executive has duped you. I was just wondering, if they can cheat us so professionally, what about poor people who are unaware of their scams and policies? Be aware of these scams and avoid them.
