After repeative attempt to call the customer care through call & app mode ,I was not able to register my complaint because the system was not accepting me as a member due to their negligence for customers they only care for your money. Then after complaining on twitter I was able to get some response after 24-48 hours then also they enquire my bills they won't able to get information from their database a I had mentioned the bill no receipt number throught twitter DM. I had to mail them all my bills related with fridge & insurance . This is not joke they don't know there customer still there name contain one Assist. After getting my registration by this troublesome complaint system. I was able to register my complaint to the application I had attached photographs related to the problem. The same day they told me withdraw the msg from Twitter and also asked me to write the "unpleasant" review . I had forget to that review on that day but I deleted the twitter msg. The next day they called to write the review it was like forcing me to write good things for them. My geniune complaint was not solved but they were asking for giving review for just registering me as a customer was a big deal for them. For solving that problem which should never exist it's was my right I had paid for the membership or insurance so they was their achievement. On 12/9/22 I got call that your complain is rejected for some childish reason & msg just your complain is rejected :ic. What kind of company it is which give insurance in the name of total protection but they hide many things from there customer. I was right they all scammers kindly dont take policy from one-assist or frankly speaking The real name is. (No-One Assist). Plz don't waste your money .
