I purchased an extend warranty plan for my Voltas Window AC from oneassist. Unfortunately last week my cooling coil failed to work. Oneassist team took it out for replacement. But I am surprised to see that they brought they same cooling coil get it repaired from some shop of Jhilmil industrial area. When I said, as per warranty terms, New voltas genuine parts to be replaced, they say, it's our genuine part manufactured at Jhilmil industrial area shop, we never say genuine parts from Original AC manufacturer. I feel cheated in this situation.If oneassist top management can see this grievance kindly take it up promptly.
