This is a fraud company, the rejected my insurance claim on the basis of “you are not sure what caused the internal crack on MacBook screen”. These people are disgusting money sucking pathetic people. Never ever take their insurance. Even after confirming from Apple service that internal impact happened while closing the laptop; they wanted me to be sure exactly why it happened. Obviously I had no idea that lieing was the way to go about it. Take Apple insurance much much better.
