Worse than worst experience i am facing now after purchasing a mobile insurance plan with a ponzi company called one assist. I have purchased a mobile from Big C, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, at the time of insurance the store staff told us that if we purchase one assist insurance plan, it will cover all accidental damages and they will repair it for free of cost. Now my.mobile charger pin got damaged partially and i gave it for repairs. Now one assist people are calling to pay 1110/- for repairs after paying the amount only we will send the mobile for repair, though the actual repair cost is 980/- as given by Samsung service centre. Another person will call and start saying that your mobile is repaired and you need to pay 1110 towards repairs.. They are charging more than the repair cost and though we purchased insurance they are not reducing any amount. Now i told them to return my mobile without doing any repair they told me that we escalate this matter. It is already one week and their fraud process is not completed. I request all who are facing problems should complain in consumer forum and also ask for compensation for harassment with their ponzi schemes. Also tweet sharing their ponzi financial frauds in the name of insurance with IRDAI and hon. Finance minister. This will help others to understood about these fraudulant company schemes.
