On 24th July i was traveling in train my phone slipped from my hand & got damaged, Immediately 2nd day i called one assist they told me to claim the product.From 25th July till they were just giving me a feedback that within 48 hrs the claim will be in process, on 31st the lady Monica called me and said insurance company has rejected your claim due to gifted mobile...... Faltu & fraud Company.......
