Very disappointing experience. Caution is advised when ordering from this seller. We are located in another country, and they assured us they could manage international delivery. We placed our order quickly and completed payment without any issues. We ordered 15 dairy products, but later they informed us that only 14 would be sent. When the package arrived, most items were damaged, and one was completely ruined. We only requested one replacement, which seemed reasonable. However, they informed us that we would need to pay €2,500 for a so-called “protection fee” for the replacement. This amount is far above the value of the item we ordered. This fee was never mentioned before payment, which is unacceptable and feels deceptive. When we raised a complaint, rather than assisting us, their response became hostile. They shifted the blame to us for following up. This is not acceptable customer service and shows a lack of responsibility. Overall, this was a dreadful experience. Future customers, especially international buyers, should be very cautious when ordering from this seller.
