POOR WIFI / PHONE LINE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Don’t bother signing with them. A salesman named Satty will promise you the world, but if you have an issue he is nowhere to be found. I regret the day I fell for his lies. He must have calls X10 times to try and get us to join. 1st red flag.
We’ve been with them for 3 months and have three of our companies with them. In that short time we’ve had hundreds of issues. The broadband has been poor since day one and they still haven’t fixed it. It’s a disgrace. We had to close one of our stores for 3 days, because everything was down. They simply don’t care.
They clearly don’t care how this affects your business. Phone lines constantly drop out and the WiFi is shockingly poor — you can’t even watch anything without problems. Having to beg for the service you pay for is embarrassing.
