I have 2 addresses on file with the Shop app and unfortunately it defaulted to the first listed address when I added my discount code. Despite trying to immediately fix the problem, the SHOP app does not allow this. I left a message with One Compress who called me the next day. Despite already processing the first order, they immediately sent a second order to the correct address. AMAZING customer service. Instead of swearing that I should use " the other company", this gave me faith in buying direct. Absolutely 5 star review. Ps, their products really work!
