Review Time
I was skeptical when I ordered the onecompress knee sleeve. Skeptical because of all the positive reviews, which led me to wait until I was desperate to give them a try. I'm so glad I finally gave in. Following TKR, the bamboo knee sleeve has been wonderful. I'm five weeks out from surgery and I find that it helps me sleep at night (my knee has been sensitive to the touch of the bedsheets). The knee sleeve alleviates that issue. I've only had them a week, so don't know how they will be long term or how they wash up and hold up. For the cost, I expect it to be quite well. If they fail in this area, I will update my review accordingly.
Outstanding customer service all around. Easy exchanges, easy refunds, superior customer service associates. Totally surprised and pleased. No hard sell, no insisting on offer discounts to keep product just exceptional service. The ankle sleeves seemed to be running a bit small at least for me. The ankle brace was just way too uncomfortable for me even in a larger size. I went with a different product for bracing. The sleeves are really a nice quality, soft yet I don't think they will stretch out of shape. These are very fine quality products. I am very very happy.
I like it so far . This is my fifth knee brace and this one is very comfortable and I do wear it all day and night . I’m not sure if it’s from the one compression sock or I had a cortisone shot 3 weeks ago ago . It is very comfortable which I love . I would definitely buy it again.
Don't ever order from this company. You will waste $100 on a pair of knee sleeves that do not fit the way they're supposed to even though you measured correctly and they will tell you to tape them to yourself to keep them from rolling down. Once you contact them to return them they will stop responding completely. To spend that much money and now just have to rags I can't use it's just robbery.
Company is wonderful to work with. I wear the gloves most of the day. I am an artist and my hands are plagued with RA. These gloves feel like a massage when I am done. I hope they make polka dot ones soon!
I ordered my knee support, i recieved my brace and that night tried it out. It was to tight. So I contacted customer service and the gentleman reordered 1 size larger. I recieved it yesterday and before bed put on the knee brace and slept like a baby. Woke up this morning and my knee felt great. I really love how soft the brace is and very well made too. Think I'm going to try and wear it to work tomorrow and see how I feel. I walk quit a bit through out the day.
I have osteoarthritis in both hands at the base of my thumbs that was painful day and night. One thumb is also a trigger finger, and I had trigger finger surgery on another finger that was so stiff in the mornings. I have been wearing thumb braces on my hands for over a year, they help some. But now I have been wearing the bamboo gloves, the soft gray ones, at night under the thumb braces. It's only been a few weeks, but now my hands feel so much better during the night, in the mornings and throughout the day. Make sure the glove size is right for your hand. I ordered 2 pairs, a gray and black pair with grips, both the same size. The original black pair was too small and uncomfortable and I couldn't wear them. Customer service was great in helping to resolve the problem. Now I wear the black gloves occassionally during the day when I am doing chores around the house or using the computer since these activities require repetitive motions. Now my hands don't hurt and I can do more. I am hopeful that I will continue to have good results with these compression gloves.
I very seldom write product reviews but I decided to write my comments about Onecompress compression socks. In my opinion any product that performs as advertised is a “good” product ( as these compression socks do). But for me to give a product a “Great” product rating goes beyond performance. It takes excellent service and support from that manufacturer. And based on my experience Onecompress deserves that rating. Having ordered what turned out to be the wrong type of sock for my needs, I had to return them. I was skeptical as to whether or not it would be as easy as the company site said it would be. Well, it was. I was impressed with the professionalism, quick response and suggested product that would probably be best for me. I would recommend anyone looking for compression products to check with Onecompress.
I got the knee compression sleeves and I couldn't be happier! For the first time in months, I can sleep through the night. Previously, it took me forever to find a comfortable position, and I would wake up several times due to knee pain. Since I've started using the compression sleeve, the discomfort has decreased, and I'm finally enjoying restful sleep. I'm really grateful for this fantastic product!
The customer service from this company was truly outstanding. My initial order of knee compression sleeves was quite tight, so they provided a larger pair, which ended up being too loose. When I asked about returning them, they suggested I donate them instead! The person I gave them to is very happy with them. The company took my feedback seriously and mentioned they would discuss it with their design team. I really hope they do, as they offer a high-quality product! My main concern was that most women do not have the athletic thighs shown in their advertisements; I believe the thigh section should have an adjustable tension for those with softer thighs!
