No hard sell, no insisting on offer discounts to keep product just exceptional service. The ankle sleeves seemed to be running a bit small at least for me. The ankle brace was just way too uncomfortable for me even in a larger size. I went with a different product for bracing. The sleeves are really a nice quality, soft yet I don't think they will stretch out of shape. These are very fine quality products. I am very very happy.
