Unless you’re going to the clinic for bloods. Don’t bother. The home kit they send is not up to the job at all. Like some have said, trying to get three tubes full of blood from a maximum of 4 tiny pin pricks is ridiculous. My first test was rejected because one of the three tubes was not full enough and the second was rejected…despite having ensured I filled it to the top apparently I squeezed the blood out too much (despite following their own instructions). So if I want the rest of my tests I would be charged £29 to go to a clinic. The tests that were able to be done came back quickly, but the home kit is not suitable whatsoever and a complete waste of money, it’s cheap and not easy at all…and it’s deceiving to suggest otherwise. It’s incredibly frustrating because your blood doesn’t come out in drops, it literally takes persistence and a lot of time to to collect (45 minutes of trying) and because it doesn’t come out easily, there is a high risk of being rejected because it clots. I would never recommend this to anyone.
