Convenient and quick to get results. After the tests, I booked appointment with Doctor to take me through the results which was really helpful and help guide me on what to do next where there results that needed addressing
Martine was the best nurse I have come across. I shared with her that I was a little afraid of needles and that I sometimes faint and she was brilliant. Distracted me with a silly conversation and it was quite literally over before I knew it.
The test results themselves were back within 3 days instead of the 5 that they said which was a huge help too.

Very impressed with this company. Arranging the blood test was so easy to do and very quick. The young phlebotomist was courteous, efficient and explained everything very well.
This was my first time using this service. Booked an early 07:45am blood test the day before and paid for a taxi to get there in the morning. Saw a missed call and voicemail at 07:34 saying my appointment was cancelled. This was due to staff absence and having to close the clinic. Shocked that someone can be given such little notice.
I find it hard to believe no one would have known earlier and been able to text, email or call. Their processes urgently need reviewing so customers can be informed much earlier should this happen again. It was a wasted morning getting up extra early and paying for a taxi for an appointment that never went ahead. I requested a refund, which they agreed to do. Not that this makes up for the time, hassle and wasted taxi.
Easy to book. Taking blood was easy, painless and quick. Results were back the following day. It is really easy to see what the results are, understand if you are high or low, why, why it matters, what it might mean.

These guys have been nothing but perfect in every way! I lost the postage envelope from my first test. I called up to order (and pay for) another test kit, but the very polite receptionist said she’d pop another in the post.
After receiving the test kit, I submitted it to them.
It’s extremely straightforward, instructions are clear and concise.
I was genuinely amazed at how quickly my results were emailed to me!! Really helpful from the outset. Results were in my email within 24 hours! Genuinely, I was ‘amazed’ at how prompt their services were! Thank you so much!

The whole process was good. The pack arrived very quickly, the instructions and QR video information great. The kit was spot on and it was easy. My results were available second day after posting and all good. Highly recommend this company as half the price of others too!
Unless you’re going to the clinic for bloods. Don’t bother. The home kit they send is not up to the job at all. Like some have said, trying to get three tubes full of blood from a maximum of 4 tiny pin pricks is ridiculous. My first test was rejected because one of the three tubes was not full enough and the second was rejected…despite having ensured I filled it to the top apparently I squeezed the blood out too much (despite following their own instructions). So if I want the rest of my tests I would be charged £29 to go to a clinic. The tests that were able to be done came back quickly, but the home kit is not suitable whatsoever and a complete waste of money, it’s cheap and not easy at all…and it’s deceiving to suggest otherwise. It’s incredibly frustrating because your blood doesn’t come out in drops, it literally takes persistence and a lot of time to to collect (45 minutes of trying) and because it doesn’t come out easily, there is a high risk of being rejected because it clots. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Alison explained l’ll be receiving various emails regarding my results as l was having quite a few done ( Performance Tier).Very organised and professional.Will drop another review once l’ve received my results..
I attended the clinic in Cheltenham yesterday. Having had a needle injury from giving a blood donation, l was very nervous but Jenny was wonderfully patient and reassuring. She managed to get a good sample without pain or hassle. It is a very convenient and easy service.
