Customers have to call and are offered higher flight prices.' I was presented with options that were double the price and not on the days I originally booked. Ultimately, the flight I initially purchased for $268.00 cost me $468.00, and my departure times were significantly later. This is a scam, and you would be better off booking directly with the airline or using a more reputable service.
