It would be a zero. I more upset that kayak website recommended them. It is typical bait and switch. They tried scare tactics. Told us our seats were no longer availabale and we had to pay another 809 to 1000 dollars to move to main cabin or switch our flights to seperste flight ( ie me and my husband flying seperatly). Called us 5 times times after I we said we were canceling the card we put on the webite.They said we would lose the money we had but they never charged us.so we called the bank and canceled the card. I dont understand how with all these complaints they can exist and that kayak would recommend them.
This is a scam site. They will sale you a low priced ticket that is not refundable regardless if you call back the same hour, then call you later and tell you it’s a restricted flight an the airlines will change your flight to a Different date if you don’t pay more money then charge the same price the airlines is charging for the ticket. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
What a big scam they have cheap flight but a big rip off i just book my flight with them then they send me a email to call them to discuss my flight status and state to after 4hrs they will confirm my flight and probably my flight will be increase and when I saw that I call them right then and they dinied that and said to me that they have 70% off the flight and turn around and put me flight for another day and change my a higher price for the ticket now I tried to cancel the flight and they refused to cancel it but for me to use it another time with higher price so I go ahead and booked it for a higher price then I call the airline and cancel my reservation without any problem and with these scammer they have me for hours back and forth and will not cancel the ticket and give me back my refund what a big big scam are those people don’t even try to get involved with them you will have a nightmare you never think about
What a ripoff unbelievable I searched for low airfare only to stumble across this scam I thought I was getting a good deal to Florida only after I book they call me 2 hours later saying I have to pay another $400 hundred dollars for luggage I couldn’t believe it on the phone for 90 minutes with these crooks been flying my whole life have never experienced thievery like this wow. You can’t even cancel what a world we live in
The worst customer service and service. Never in my life had an experience like the one I had with this people terrible. They make me sick it’s a rip off. Once I got they ticket and I went to the airport the airline couldn’t find anything related to the ticket I got from these people
Booked a flight for tomorrow to San Antonio. Onedollarfly’s brilliant plan? Move it to Feb 4 and refuse a refund.
Customer service was shockingly unhelpful — apparently, “significant schedule change” is just a polite suggestion in their world.
Do yourself a favor: book literally anywhere else unless you enjoy paying for flights you can’t take.

I booked a flight for $268.00. An hour later, I received an email stating there was an issue with my reservation and to call them. Upon calling, I was informed that the flight I had paid for wasn’t available. I was told by a representative that 'the prices on the site are promotional and usually not available. Customers have to call and are offered higher flight prices.' I was presented with options that were double the price and not on the days I originally booked. Ultimately, the flight I initially purchased for $268.00 cost me $468.00, and my departure times were significantly later. This is a scam, and you would be better off booking directly with the airline or using a more reputable service.
