Service is okay, but support is hard to reach

Service is okay, but contacting them is very challenging. I just want to access my account details for family members to make regular payments. Account information is not visible in the dashboard, and the 'invite' option does not work. This leaves me with no choice but to make a long call, which is frustrating given the fees I pay.
