The advisor that I was speaking to today, Rosa Mantuano, was so lovely, helpful and patient. The call got cut a few times, which I understand can be quite frustrating, but she was so calm, polite and cheerful. She provided me with a lot of information and helped me with any parts I was getting confused with without making me feel burdensome for asking for help. The fund is acceptable, but contacting them is quite challenging. I just want to retrieve my account details for family contributions. Unfortunately, this information is not available on the dashboard, and the 'invite' feature does not work. This forces me to make a very lengthy phone call, which is frustrating considering the fees I pay.
