Applied for a loan at the Brighton Mi branch, the agent never answered or returned phone calls. Another agent processed the loan and told me it would have to be approved by underwriters and once approved he would call back. Two weeks go by no call back from One Main. I call back and I am told the loan has expired, I need to reapply. Worst company to deal with, don't bother, waste of time. 1 star because that's the lowest I can give.
