This was the most disorganized experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. After signing up for a free trial and scheduling a virtual visit for a UTI, I received a care plan requiring me to visit a location for a urine sample without an antibiotic prescription, despite my discomfort. Communication was poor, and I was left in pain with no resolution. I would never recommend this service to anyone!
