My 77-year-old mother was receiving excellent care at a clinic in Washington before the company was acquired. She was in great shape and good spirits, with easy access to her appointments and medications. However, after the takeover, everything changed for the worse. It's nearly impossible to contact anyone, including her doctor or anyone who understands her health situation. We've faced several medication crises where prescriptions were not submitted, leaving us unable to fill them. Referrals have been sent to incorrect locations, making it extremely difficult to get the help we need. My mother is unable to navigate apps or spend hours on the phone trying to connect with someone. Her mental and physical health has significantly declined. The company should be thoroughly embarrassed by this situation. We spent countless days trying to get assistance, only to receive multiple calls daily about insurance assessments instead of support for her health needs. It's utterly appalling.
I visited a medical facility and was disappointed that no vital signs were checked; instead, I was only given an over-the-counter medication. The billing lacked clarity, leaving me confused about the high charges, especially since I don't have insurance.
Generally, the care and access are satisfactory, though we experienced several primary care physicians departing. The referrals to specialists and urgent care have been commendable. However, the mental health program seemed questionable, as they charged excessive fees for brief online evaluations. Fortunately, my insurance covered most of the costs. The assigned therapists frequently canceled with little notice and no explanation, making it seem like they viewed this as a minor side job. The program supervisor insisted on regular check-in sessions that were also charged, despite my limited actual sessions with the therapist, prompting me to leave the program. Overall, the care from the service was affordable due to my health insurance and copay, providing good value. Still, I found a local internist who accepts my insurance and offers better access and follow-up than the previous service. This option might suit you if your insurance aligns with what the service accepts.
The nurse practitioner failed to send my prescription correctly. I reached out multiple times to rectify this, but the pharmacy struggled to contact the NP, and customer support kept transferring me. It was chaotic. I never received the necessary prescription.
A complete waste of money! I've had bronchitis every year and know the standard treatment. Here, despite my detailed explanation, they only prescribed cough medicine. I wasted $30 only to go to another clinic where I received the usual treatment. Save your money!
I had pink eye and used this service. They didn’t prescribe any medication and wouldn’t provide a doctor's note for work, forcing me to spend $200 at urgent care. If you want to waste your hard-earned money, go ahead and use this service. It's utterly useless!
A terrible decision on my part. I've used various telehealth services for my recurring sinus issues. I know I need antibiotics, yet the provider ignored my concerns. This was the worst $29 I’ve ever spent. Thanks for recommending over-the-counter options I already told you I was using.
This was the most disorganized experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. After signing up for a free trial and scheduling a virtual visit for a UTI, I received a care plan requiring me to visit a location for a urine sample without an antibiotic prescription, despite my discomfort. Communication was poor, and I was left in pain with no resolution. I would never recommend this service to anyone!
I can't believe I fell for it. My daughter had a serious respiratory issue, and I wanted to avoid a costly clinic visit. I thought telehealth would help. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the fine print and ended up paying much more than expected. The nurse practitioner was late, provided no substantial medical advice, and left me with a hefty bill and no guidance. I will be vigilant about any class action lawsuits against this service due to their outrageous pricing. Avoid this service unless you fully understand what you're getting into.
