When I first went to Iora Care I was a happy camper. My doctor was awesome. Within like a year and half, he'd left. I didn't click with his replacement and moved to another office per a recommendation from my insurance agent. I liked her well enough but, you guessed it, within like a year or 2, she was gone. I went thru a couple more like that. One I mentioned that she was like my 4th or 5th doctor. She said 'Well, I think we can do something about that. Don't worry!" She was gone in a month. The next doctor told me she was temporary and would only be there for a month. She changed some medication because she didn't like the one I was on. I had a bunch of side effects. I asked to be taken off it. They gave me another with pretty much the same or worse results. I asked to be taken off that. They gave me 2 choices for replacement. The first one I'd asked to be taken off. Or the one I had been on before they changed it. Holy cow! My current 'doctor' of record is a nurse practitioner whom I've never even seen or met with. Yet she sets up appointments for scans without even notifying me first. I'm sent emails with a note at the bottom to please reply so they know I got it. But I can send emails to them and not get a reply for weeks. I want to change to another location again but frankly, I'm afraid I'll get worse. And they don't seem any better since becoming One Medical.
