Purchased a RELOADABLE debit card at the local Walmart activated the card. Downloaded the app and now am in able to add funds to the card. I was informed by representatives at ONEPAY that my card is NOT reloadedable and sorry for any confusion but it is limited use. So now unable to do anything that the website advertises. I essentially bought a gift card.
