My complaints. One I had two payday advancement payed them off within reasonable time not a month or months matter of couple of weeks just that then the company takes it away. So I was forced to over draftwnt up to 20.00 but its said up to 200.00 it says. I call to verify. I can only overdraft up to 20.00? The representative\supervisor says I cant do nothing about it its ran by automative system so only automative system can freeze accounts also? B.S So if you link you're account to direct deposit and artificial intelligence don't like something it can freeze the money you work for with no reason that has nothing to do with going negitive at the time and cant pay bills and it controls you to not have access to the money that you work for that's a not only a big problem. But hudge! I mean first two to three months was alright but after that it went down hill completely! And started haveing problems THE B.B.B NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE THEY CLAIM BUT CANT SAY THATS WHAT IT IS RUNNING IT. THEY CLAIM AUTOMATIVE SYSTEM IS DOING CUSTOMERS WRONG AND FREEZING ACCOUNTS. THIS place force you to pick one star. B.S I SAY 0 STARS I really hope I can make customers be AWARE. YES YOU CAN INVEST IN STOCK MARKET WICH IS RAN BY A.I AND DEPLETED OVER TIME CREDIT BUILDER AND SOME SAVEINGS BUT COMPANY LIKE CHIME DO PEOPLE WAY BETTER THAN THIS CRAP FILLING IN FALSE PROMISES.HOPE I CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO MAKE CUSTOMERS\ PEOPLE TURN FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE THEY FIND OUT THE HARD WAY! FOR ANOTHER AMERICAN PEOPLE SHOUT OUT IT IS RAN BY FOREIGN PEOPLE OVER HALF YOU CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND JUST TO TEY TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED. THERE RESOLVE IS I'M SORRY FOR YOU'RE BAD EXPERIENCE. IF THE COMPANY DONT LIKE THIS REVIEW LETS GO TO COURT BET IF THERES NO CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BET ONE CAN BE MADE!!! CRAP SERVICES PERIOD AND DOING PEOPLE WRONG. JUST ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY PERIOD LIKE SCAM CALLS PEOPLE GET ON THE PHONE. SAME TYPE OF PEOPLE! BUT WHEN YOU GET THE CARD LOL THEY GOT YOU CAUSE OF THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM TO GET THE CARD DON'T BELIEVE YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT FOR YOU'RE SELVES THOUGH I AM REALLY TRYING TO SAVE ALL I CAN FOR REALLY CRAP EXPERIENCE.
