Really disappointed with OnePlus customer service. My delivery was mishandled by their courier, DHL—wrong delivery date, confusing tracking, and I had to collect it myself despite requesting redelivery. The delivery person didn’t even ask me to check the parcel as OnePlus claims is policy. I raised a complaint and was offered a £10 voucher, which doesn’t come close to compensating for the hassle. Follow-up emails have since been ignored. I won’t be buying from OnePlus again—clearly, they don’t care about their customers once they’ve made the sale.
